Delete your account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Fairlyst account and associated personal data. You can use this URL in Google Play Console and App Store Connect where a web link to account-deletion information is required.
Delete in the app
Signed-in users can delete their account from the mobile app:
- Open the Fairlyst app.
- Go to the Account tab (or profile / settings area).
- Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Deletion is processed while you are authenticated. If you no longer have access to the app, use the email option below.
Request by email
If you cannot use the app, contact us from the email address associated with your account and ask to delete your account: [email protected].
What happens when your account is deleted
We deactivate your login, revoke access tokens, and anonymize or remove personal data in line with our Privacy policy, subject to limited retention where the law requires (for example tax or fraud-prevention records).
Technical note
Account deletion in the app uses an authenticated API request to our servers. This public page is for people and store reviewers; it is not an API endpoint and cannot delete an account by opening it in a browser alone.
